While I was at the front desk, my husband was approached by a woman who was offering illegal services in the parking lot. But they refused to rent me a room for the night because I didn't have a credit card. Very disgusted. Good morning, I would like to clarify that we do not "value" prostitutes, nor do we allow them to stay with us once we figure out they are conducting illegal activities inside of our hotel.
One reason we require a credit card is actually to prevent these types of actions from being carried out here. We also require a valid ID in order to check in. These rules are in place to protect our guests and our staff as this is our most important priority. Warm regards, Melissa.
The dining staff is just as amazing as the food-shout out to Peter who went out of his way to occupy our son while letting is have a minute to finish our food. Breakfast is included and has a good variety of food. The rooms are well kept but could use some renovation. It is located in the middle of main attractions and restaurants in Richmond Hill area. Lots of parking indoors and outdoors. Great place for events and conferences. The Best Western has no elevator, so the ground floor is the best option.
