Staff was quite friendly. I just think they could do better with creating a more relaxing ambience! Overall good experience but i think it's a pot luck how authentic massage you get. Massage i had was firm but most elements of original thai-massage were missing. Still, i would definately go again. We made reservations at the Samruai Thai massage for a 90 minute session for each of us. They took us exactly at the reserved time of , and we each were amazed by the deep tissue massage that we received.
They were professional, deep muscle, and worked very hard for the full 90 minutes. The one recommendation we might have is that it would be nice to have some hot tea to greet us when we arrived from the cold outdoors as we were waiting for our appointment. Other than that, it was perfect! My wife and I have had massages all round the world but this was exceptional. It might not look much from the outside and we you go downstairs it feels a little weird but then all your worries quickly go.
