The only establishments I "agree" with are the well-paid ones with the more expensive and good-looking call girls, at least then you's know that they are there by choice, are clean and tested regularly, and would put on a good show.

How often do they find a slave? Hardly ever. By the nature of their work prostitutes interact with large numbers of people in private.
There are a huge number of opportunities to request help, or to simply escape through a back window. Are all johns so hard-hearted that they would ignore a plea for help, and never say anything to police?
