A year-old Milwaukee woman is charged with first-degree intentional homicide after finding her children's father having sex with another woman. The Milwaukee Police Department confirmed a year-old woman was found shot to death in an apartment at W. Linwall Lane at approximately 6 a. Police say Michelle Silas came home and found the father of her children having sex with another woman, while their children were sleeping.
According to a criminal complaint, Silas told police, "I shot the girl that's upstairs. After police questioned her more, she told them, "I came home, he was having sex with her. I was watching him, I was like how could you do this? I was just, I was angry, I was yelling at him. He started hitting me. The officer said, "So you shot the girl upstairs?
Police also interviewed the man. According to the criminal complaint, the man invited Silas to join him and the other woman in the bedroom, and "resumed having sex while Silas watched. While the couple was engaged in a sex act, the complaint says Silas shot the woman in the back of her head "causing her to bite his penis.
He then jumped up and started screaming. Milwaukee police officers in the area for an unrelated matter, heard a commotion and witnessed "a naked male with blood between his legs" near a minivan "yelling at Silas not to leave.
He dropped the gun, and she got out of the van and told police what happened. She was found in a bedroom with two gunshot wounds to the head and was pronounced dead at the scene.
